Our Approach
It starts with getting to know you — your business, the people behind it, what you have coming up and what you want people to see. From there, we find the creative direction together, whether that’s behind the scenes, a founder story, a new product, an event or a beautiful space. Through storytelling, photography and video, we find the interesting stuff that’s already there and create content that feels natural to your brand.
Meet Becky
I’m Becky, the founder and content creator behind The Social Playground, created from my love of small business, people and storytelling.
Having owned a small business myself, I know there’s often so much more happening behind a brand than what makes it online. I created The Social Playground to help businesses find those stories — the people, process, personality and everyday moments — and bring them to life through photography and video.
Naturally curious and always looking for the next creative idea, I love getting to know the people behind a business and becoming an extension of their team.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me with my husband and two boys, near the ocean, cooking for friends, experimenting with my drone or planning our family’s next adventure somewhere in Asia.
